Where Does Neutralino Store Config and Output?
Neutralinojs neutralino.config.json plus www output inside your project on each OS.

Neutralinojs keeps config in neutralino.config.json at the project root. Web assets live in www, and built binaries land beside config or in dist depending on mode.
There is no global store. The folder is portable. CLI downloads the matching binaries on first run, so fresh clones need a neu update before build.
