Where Are Norland Save Files Located?

Norland saves sit in a folder bluntly named Strategy inside Local AppData, which almost nobody guesses on the first try. Individual colonies are .norland files, so the folder is easy to recognize once you are in the right place.
The fastest route is Win+R followed by %localappdata%/Strategy/saves, straight from the developers' own support posts. Copy the .norland files out to back up a colony, and drop them back to restore it.

Local AppData, not LocalLow or Roaming. The parent folder is literally named Strategy rather than Norland. Saves use the .norland extension, one file per colony.
