Outriders keeps no local saves at all. Characters and loot live on the game's servers, tied to your account, so reinstalling and logging in restores everything that matters.
What sits on disk is engine config under a Madness folder in Local AppData. Back it up for graphics preferences, but do not expect it to rescue a Trickster. Only the servers can do that.
