Pacific Drive save folders carry the game's development codename, PenDriverPro, instead of the release title. That is the whole mystery: everyone looks for Pacific Drive in AppData and finds nothing.
Slot saves are odsave files with numbered names, and recent patches keep two timestamped backups of each. You can also tune how many backups the game keeps from GameUserSettings.ini in the Config folder one level up.
