Phase Plant keeps your presets as .phaseplant files in a User folder inside Documents Kilohearts. Factory presets ship with the installer and stay out of your way. Downloaded packs belong in the user tree, never mixed into factory folders.
The browser reads every folder you add through its Add Location button. That makes the default path a starting point rather than a cage. Move the folder and tell the browser where it went, or keep the default and let packs pile up there.
