Where Does Polar Flow Store Data?
Polar Flow local files on Android and iPhone, plus the web service that holds the training record.
Last updated
Polar Flow (package fi.polar.polarflow) syncs watches and heart sensors to your Polar account and flow.polar.com. Training analysis, routes and recovery stats render from that account copy. The app cache holds recent sessions.
Android files sit under the package scoped storage path. iOS uses the app container. Flow also shares steps, heart rate and workouts with Health Connect and Apple Health when enabled. Web service first, folders second.
