Pyprland keeps one config under the hypr folder. The plugin list plus each plugin section share the file. Includes pull in shared snippets from elsewhere.
No plugins folder exists on disk. Built-ins enable through the list while third-party code arrives as Python packages. A config flag redirects to any path.
