Where Does Relive Store Activities and Videos?

Relive 3D videos and activity history on the account with tracker imports.

Last updated

Relive builds 3D flyover videos from activities it imports from trackers (Strava, Garmin, Apple Health and friends) or records itself. The videos, activity history and highlights live on the Relive account and stream on demand.

The phone holds render cache and the recording session, not the archive. Original GPS tracks stay with the tracker that recorded them. Deleting Relive loses drafts mid render and nothing else; finished videos re stream from the account anywhere.

Where Relive stores this, by platform

Android
Account cloud (videos and history) plus tracker apps holding GPS originals

Connect Strava or Garmin for automatic imports. Save finished videos to the gallery for permanent offline copies. Reinstalling restores the account feed on login.

iOS
Account cloud (videos and history) plus HealthKit originals

Same import model on iPhone with Apple Health bridging Watch workouts. Export share links or saved videos for portfolios; the app cache itself needs no backup.

Frequently asked questions

how do I keep a Relive video permanently

Save it to the camera roll or Files from the share screen after rendering. The account streams it indefinitely, but only a saved export survives account closure or catalog changes.

where are my original GPS tracks

With the tracker that recorded them (Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health). Relive renders from copies. Back up tracks at the tracker, not in Relive.
