The Rockstar Launcher installs itself to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher with games beside it (Grand Theft Auto V variants and friends, changeable per install). Saves and settings live per title under Documents\Rockstar Games: GTA V settings.xml plus Profiles folders, Red Dead 2 SRDR3 profiles, Enhanced editions with their own trees.
Documents often resolves through OneDrive, so use the Launcher's View installation and View Save Files actions for truth instead of guessing. Enhanced versus Legacy GTA V use different save folders, so back up the full Profiles tree before mixing them. Extra title data lands in ProgramData\Rockstar and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Rockstar Games.

Frequently asked questions
Where are my GTA V saves: Enhanced or Legacy folder?
Each edition keeps its own tree, and Enhanced also uses AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced. Back up full Profiles folders for both before converting or mixing editions.
Why is there no Rockstar Games folder in Documents?
It likely redirected into OneDrive Documents. Check %USERPROFILE%\OneDrive\Documents, or open the Launcher's View Save Files action to jump to the real location.
