Splitgate 2 keeps PC data under %LOCALAPPDATA%\PortalWars2\Saved: GameUserSettings.ini and Input.ini in Config\WindowsClient, local .sav cache in SaveGames, diagnostics in Logs\PortalWars2.log. Progression itself is server side.
Game Pass players meet a different folder name: WinGDKClient replaces WindowsClient in the same tree. Support routinely asks for the PortalWars2.log file, and wiping the tree forces a clean rebuild (though Steam Cloud may restore the old .sav afterwards, so disable it first if that is the goal).
