Stalonetray reads one rc file in home with an XDG fallback. A config flag points anywhere for testing. The shipped sample copies straight into place as a starter.
Every visual option is a keyword line in that file. Geometry strings, backgrounds and edge fuzz share the space. No sidecar theme file exists.
