Star Citizen saves Print Screen captures inside its own install tree. Guides point at StarCitizen/LIVE/ScreenShots beneath the Roberts Space Industries root, by default under Program Files. Custom installs move the root only.
The folder generates on first capture, so fresh installs show nothing until one shot is taken. Archive shots outside the install tree. Launcher wipes take the whole LIVE folder with them. Check EPTU branches separately. Each channel keeps its own tree, so PTU shots never mix with LIVE ones.
