Trint is a cloud transcription service, so recordings, transcripts, and highlights live in your account rather than on any device. The apps and browser are windows onto that workspace.
The portable copy is the export: text, Word, or subtitle files downloaded per transcript. Anything still only a project has no offline form. Export finished work, keep the workspace for collaboration, and the archive question answers itself.
