undervolt (georgewhewell) tunes Intel voltage offsets from one JSON file, usually /etc/undervolt.json. Core, cache, GPU and uncore offsets plus power limits share it.
The tool applies nothing permanently. Every boot needs a re apply through systemd or a script. Copy the JSON, verify on the target CPU, then automate.
