Where Are WheelMates Save Files Located?
WheelMates writes to %LOCALAPPDATA%\CarGame\Saved, an internal project name that does not match the game title.

WheelMates saves under a folder called CarGame. That is the internal project name, and it is the only clue you get: nothing in %LOCALAPPDATA% is named WheelMates. Saves go in CarGame\Saved\SaveGames, and graphics and input settings live in CarGame\Saved\Config.
Steam Cloud is off for this game, so the folder is the only copy. Copy the whole CarGame tree rather than the SaveGames folder alone, or the new machine starts with default settings and no keybinds. The folder appears on first launch and holds both halves of your setup.
