Wise keeps transfers and balances on its servers while the phone sandbox holds login session and cache.

Wise is account-centric. Transfers, recipients, cards, and balances live on Wise servers. The local sandbox carries session state and cached views. Wiping it logs you out and nothing else.
Receipts and transfer confirmations render from the server each time. That is why two phones show identical history the moment both sign in. The export path is per transfer or per statement inside the app.
