Where Does Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel Store Data?
Master Duel keeps per-account local files in a LocalData folder inside the install directory. Decks, cards and rank live on Konami's servers.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel runs on a client-server split. The client installs through Steam and keeps a LocalData folder with a subfolder named after the signed-in account. Everything that represents progress, meaning your cards, decks, gems and rank, lives on Konami's servers under your Konami ID.
So there is no save file to copy and no local backup that preserves an account. The LocalData folder holds files the client needs locally, and the game rebuilds them on the next launch if asked. Knowing this saves an hour of folder hunting when your real goal is moving the account, because the account is what moves, not the folder.
Where Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel stores this, by platform
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel\LocalData\<account folder>
The subfolder name is a long account ID that changes with the signed-in Konami ID, so do not expect a fixed name. Expect cached game data and local settings here. Deleting the folder does not touch the account, since the client rebuilds what it needs on the next launch.
Frequently asked questions
Will deleting LocalData lose my Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel cards or decks?
No. Card collection, decks, gems and rank are stored on Konami's servers and tied to your Konami ID. The LocalData folder is local client data, and the game re-downloads whatever it needs after you delete it.
Where are Master Duel saves on mobile?
There is no user-visible save file on Android or iOS either. Progress is account-based, so signing in with the same Konami ID on any platform continues the same account and the same collection.
How do I move Master Duel to another PC?
Install the game and sign in with the same Konami ID. That restores everything. Copying files between machines is neither needed nor enough, because the local folder only holds client-side data.
