Where Are Assassin's Creed Mirage Save Files Located?

Mirage saves per store build on PC, and the re encryption step borrowed saves need.

Last updated

Mirage keeps settings in Documents\Assassin's Creed Mirage\ACMirage.ini and saves in the Connect savegames tree: 6100 for Ubisoft Connect, 6101 for Steam (AppID 3035570). The middle folder is your long alphanumeric Ubisoft ID; 20 manual plus 5 autosave slots live inside.

Moving Steam to Connect means copying the 6100 files into 6101 with cloud sync off. Borrowed saves need one more step: ACSaveTool re encryption to your own ID or they refuse to load. Same pattern as other modern AC titles, different numbers.

Where Assassin's Creed Mirage stores this, by platform

Windows
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[Ubisoft-ID]\[Store-ID]

[Store-ID] is 6100 for Ubisoft Connect, 6101 for Steam. Encrypted .save files inside. Config in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Assassin's Creed Mirage\ACMirage.ini. No native Linux or Mac build exists.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use someone else's Mirage save file?

Only after re encrypting it to your Ubisoft ID with a tool like ACSaveTool. Raw copies fail to load since saves bind to the account that made them.

Do Steam and Ubisoft Connect share Mirage saves?

Same tree, different numbers (6101 versus 6100). Copy files between them with cloud sync off; each build reads only its own number.
