Where Does AutoDarkMode Store Its Config?
AutoDarkMode keeps config.yaml and scripts.yaml in AppData Roaming AutoDarkMode. Open the folder from the tray icon.

AutoDarkMode stores its state as YAML files in a Roaming AppData folder. The main config.yaml holds schedules and theme rules, while scripts.yaml wires custom scripts to light and dark switches. The tray menu opens the folder directly.
Scripts deserve a note. The wiki documents their working directory defaulting inside the same config folder, and a broken scripts file is fixed by deleting it and restarting. The service regenerates defaults on its own. Wallpapers and Office theme hooks live in the same folder.

Delete the broken file and restart the service. A fresh default is generated. Your scripts need re-adding afterwards, so keep a copy.
