Axigen keeps domains, queues and logs under /var/opt/axigen on standard Linux installs. Config sits nearby in the same tree.
Mail store uses its own format rather than plain Maildir. Backing up means snapshotting the working dir plus certs. CLI and webadmin edit the same files.
