BiglyBT stores settings, torrent resumes, and plugin state in its user folder: ~/.biglybt on Linux, AppData Roaming BiglyBT on Windows. Downloaded files stay in the folders you chose at add time.
Back up the user folder with BiglyBT closed to keep ratios and tags. Torrent data moves like normal files. Version upgrades occasionally migrate the resume format, so keep a copy before first launch.
