Where Are Black Mirror (2017) Save Files Located?
The Black Mirror remake save files on PC, under a short bm folder in Local AppData.
Last updated
The 2017 remake files the Gordon family curse in Local AppData under the tiny bm folder, with config carrying the player ID in its filename. The two letter directory breaks every literal search.
GOG Galaxy syncs the tree for its builds while Steam stays local only. Copy the bm folder and the whole Welsh manor transfers.
Where Black Mirror (2017) stores this, by platform
%LOCALAPPDATA%\bm
Local AppData under the two letter project folder bm, not Black Mirror. Config files carry the player ID in their names. GOG Galaxy syncs the tree; Steam does not.
Frequently asked questions
Why does searching for Black Mirror find no saves?
The folder shortens to bm. Search that under AppData Local and the directory appears.
Does this cover the original Black Mirror trilogy?
No. The 2000s originals kept their own storage. This page is only about the 2017 remake.
