Where Are Wizardry: Proving Grounds Remake Save Files Located?
The Wizardry remake save folder on PC, hidden under the lowercase codename murphy in Local AppData.
Last updated
The Digital Eclipse remake saves under a lowercase codename, murphy, instead of anything resembling Wizardry. Searching the drive for the game's title finds nothing, which is a fine homage to 1981 era obscurity but unhelpful today.
The tree below the codename is standard Unreal, with SaveGames at the bottom. Learn murphy once and the maze map, the party roster, and forty years of tradition all sit one paste away.
Where Wizardry: Proving Grounds Remake stores this, by platform
%LOCALAPPDATA%\murphy\Saved\SaveGames
Local AppData under the lowercase project codename murphy, not Wizardry. Standard Unreal layout below it. Steam Cloud and GOG Galaxy both sync this tree on their builds.
