Broken Arrow nests its saves one level deeper than most Unity games: inside a storage folder under SteelBalalaikaStudio/BrokenArrow in LocalLow. The parent folder holds configuration, so the two levels serve different backup needs.
Copy just the storage folder to preserve campaigns, or the whole BrokenArrow tree to include settings. Steam Cloud syncs the game, which covers most players, but Early Access patches make manual copies wise before big updates.
