Dino stores data and configuration together in ~/.local/share/dino: message history database, OMEMO keys, and account state. The official FAQ names exactly this folder for moves and warns to quit Dino first.
The OMEMO warning matters more than the path. Keys ratchet per message and bind to one client, so copying the folder to a second device breaks encryption both places, and restoring stale backups breaks it too. Move (never copy) the folder between installs, and run separate instances with XDG_DATA_HOME overrides.
