Dental aligner DrSmile was removed from Google Play and the App Store in May 2025. Historic installs keep data under the verified package on Android with a matching iOS container. The drsmile string is short enough to mistype, so copy it whole from system app info.
Treatment scans and plans live server side with the provider while it operates. The app receives no updates. Export treatment records from inside the app while it still launches. Screenshot the treatment timeline too; plan images help any successor pick up mid course.
