Andyland's point-and-click horror game runs on Adventure Game Studio, and its files follow that engine's habits. Progress lands in the Saved Games folder directly under your user profile, inside a folder simply called Endacopia. The acsetup.cfg file next to it holds display and audio configuration, so the folder is both save and settings in one stop.
Steam Cloud was added in version 1.04, which matters if you played earlier builds: local files from before that patch were never uploaded. Copy the folder by hand if your playthrough predates the update, or if you want a checkpoint before the next chapter.
