Every Farming Simulator 25 career is a savegame1, savegame2 style folder inside the game's user directory. The same directory holds the mods folder and log.txt, which is why support threads always ask for all three at once.
OneDrive causes most missing save reports. If Documents syncs to OneDrive, the game reads and writes under the OneDrive copy of Documents instead, and pausing sync mid session can lock files. Check both Documents locations before assuming a save is gone.
