Where Are Freedom Wars Remastered Saves Located?
Freedom Wars saves live in AppData\Local\FREEDOM WARS\savedata, with Steam Cloud able to resurrect deleted runs.
Last updated
Freedom Wars Remastered stores progress in a FREEDOM WARS folder in local app data, with config beside the savedata directory. Filenames carry the win64_save pattern familiar from other Dimps ports.
Cloud sync fights manual resets. Deleting local files while cloud stays on restores the old run on next launch, which looks like undeletable saves. Turn cloud off first, then delete.
Where Freedom Wars Remastered stores this, by platform
%LOCALAPPDATA%\FREEDOM WARS\savedata
win64_save_data files per slot with config beside them. Disable Steam Cloud before deleting or the remote copy returns on launch.
