The PC port keeps saves in Documents/Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT inside a numeric user ID folder, with .save files per slot. Config and graphics settings live separately in Roaming/Sucker Punch Productions plus a registry key.
OneDrive causes most missing save reports. It relocates Documents, so the live folder sits under OneDrive/Documents instead. The install drive never matters. Check OneDrive first before assuming progress is gone, then back up the ID folder whole. Nexus mod saves drop into the same ID folder with the game closed.

Not by dropping files in. The PC build reads its own Documents folder format and ignores raw PS5 exports. Finish the opening hour on PC first so the folder structure exists.
