Where Does Granny Store Save Data?
Granny keeps progress in private app storage on Android and iOS, and there is no cloud sync anywhere, including the Steam port.

Granny, DVloper's horror escape game, is one of the most downloaded titles of its kind, and its data situation is as simple as it gets: progress lives on the device inside the app's private storage under com.dvloper.granny. There is no account and no cloud save, so the phone in your hand holds the only copy. The 2018 Steam port follows the same rule: PCGamingWiki lists no cloud support for it, and no save folder either.
That makes uninstalling a bigger decision than usual. A full device transfer, like Android's setup wizard or an encrypted iTunes or Finder backup on iOS, may carry the data to a new phone, but there is nothing to check in manually and no save file visible in a folder waiting to be copied.
Where Granny stores this, by platform
/data/data/com.dvloper.granny
Private storage holding progress and settings, in the app data area Android reserves for each package. Reachable only on rooted devices or through full device backups.
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.dvloper.granny
The game's public data folder, package name confirmed on Google Play. Usually near empty because Granny keeps nothing user-facing here.
/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/<guid>/Documents
Per-install app container on iOS. The <guid> changes with every install, so use an encrypted backup or Finder during a device transfer.
Frequently asked questions
Does Granny have cloud saves or account sync?
No. There is no login and no cloud backup on Android, iOS or the Steam version, and PCGamingWiki lists Steam Cloud as off. Progress stays on the device until you uninstall.
How do I move Granny progress to a new phone?
Use a full device transfer, such as Android's built-in transfer during setup or an encrypted backup on iOS. Copying a single file by hand is not possible on a stock device.
Where is the Granny save on Steam?
It is undocumented. The Steam port has no cloud sync, so progress is local to that PC; there is no folder players can safely copy without experimenting first.
