Where Are Infinity Nikki Saves and Screenshots Stored?
Infinity Nikki stores saves inside its own install folder under X6Game, not in AppData, so moving the game can orphan your photos.

Infinity Nikki does not use the usual AppData save location. Everything lives inside the game's own install folder, under X6Game. Saves sit in X6Game\Saved, and in-game photos sit in a hidden GamePlayPhotos folder beside them plus a separate ScreenShot folder at the X6Game root.
That placement is the gotcha. Move or reinstall the game without copying those folders and your album does not come with you. Progress itself syncs to your account on the server, but photos and local settings are files on disk. Copy the whole Saved folder before touching the install.

Replace <install> with the launcher, Steam, or Epic install folder. Contains saves plus the hidden GamePlayPhotos album store. Enable Hidden items in Explorer to see it. Back up this whole folder with the game closed.
