Jusant keeps one save file, Save.sav, at %LOCALAPPDATA%\ASC\Saved\SaveGames\FullGame. ASC is the internal project name, and the single slot design means the game never asks where to save.
Multiple playthroughs are therefore a file juggling act: copy Save.sav aside, start fresh, and swap with the game closed. Disable Steam Cloud during swaps or it undoes the exchange. For replays, chapter select avoids the surgery entirely. The FullGame name sets it apart from demo residue. The filename never changes, so dated copies need their own folders.
