Where Are Kenji-NX Save Files Located?
Where the Kenji-NX Android Switch emulator keeps saves, keys and drivers.
Last updated
Kenji-NX descends from Ryujinx code, so its data root carries games, profiles, system and drivers folders. On Android the root is the app external files directory, with saves under files bis user save and keys in system.
Desktop builds default to a Ryujinx named AppData folder unless a portable directory sits beside the binary. GPU drivers install as folders under drivers with a selected marker file. The community notes save export is still rough, so copy folders by hand.
Where Kenji-NX stores this, by platform
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/org.kenjinx.android/files/
Ryujinx family data root. Saves under files/bis/user/save in numbered per-game folders. Keys import as prod.keys into system. Drivers unpack under drivers. Copy with the emulator closed.
%APPDATA%\Ryujinx\
Same games, profiles, system and drivers layout. A portable directory beside the binary overrides this default. Keys also read from ~/.switch in user profile launch mode.
Frequently asked questions
Which folder holds my game save?
Look under files bis user save in the app data dir for numbered per-game folders. Copy the save files into both numbered profile folders to cover each user profile the emulator created.
Where do prod.keys go in Kenji-NX?
The Android importer accepts prod.keys by that exact name and copies it into the system directory. Desktop builds read the same key files from the system folder under the data root.
