Kynseed keeps saves and config inside its own installation folder rather than Documents or AppData. A Saves folder holds your generations and a Config.ini sits beside the game files.
Install-folder saves demand one habit: back up before touching the install. Verifying files, moving the Steam library, or uninstalling all sweep the directory progress lives in. Copy the Saves folder out first and the generations survive anything.
