LiveMixtapes (Livemixtapes) saves offline tapes into the app sandbox from the download control on each project page. Streaming is free; offline is per tape. The audio never becomes a file you can open elsewhere.

You cannot transfer the cache. Sign in on the new phone, open the download list, and fetch the tapes again on Wi-Fi. Keep the old phone until the queue finishes.
