LosslessCut is an Electron app, so its settings follow the standard Electron userData folder: %APPDATA%\losslesscut on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/losslesscut on macOS, ~/.config/losslesscut on Linux. Custom presets and shortcuts live there.
Exports are a different story. They default to the source video's own folder, not to the settings folder or Documents. That surprises people hunting through app data for a finished file that is sitting next to the original. The settings dialog offers a fixed output folder for batch work.
Where LosslessCut stores this, by platform
%APPDATA%\losslesscut
Settings, presets, and window state. The portable ZIP build stores the same files in a data folder beside the executable instead. Close the app before copying this folder between machines.
~/Library/Application Support/losslesscut
Same contents as Windows. Finder hides Library, so reach it via Go > Go to Folder. App Store sandboxing does not apply here since LosslessCut ships outside the store.

Honors $XDG_CONFIG_HOME, defaulting to ~/.config. AppImage and Flatpak builds keep the same inner layout but may prefix the root, so check the sandbox docs if the folder looks empty.
