The Ultimax save files on PC, with Midnight Channel progress under a short P4U2 folder in Roaming.

Ultimax compresses its title to P4U2 for a Roaming AppData folder with a Save level inside. Config shares the folder, so Personas and preferences travel as one.
The fighting spinoff shares nothing with Persona 4 Golden's storage. Copy the Save folder and the P-1 Grand Prix transfers intact.
Where Persona 4 Arena Ultimax stores this, by platform
%APPDATA%\P4U2\Save
%APPDATA% is Roaming with the short name P4U2. Saves are data files in Save with config beside them. Unrelated to Persona 4 Golden's userdata storage.
