Where Does the Rollo App Store Labels and Settings?
Where the Rollo app and Ship Manager keep labels and printer settings on desktop and mobile devices.
Last updated
Rollo splits data like most label printers. Your label designs live where you saved them, often Documents. The app keeps printer profiles, calibration, and connection settings in its own data folders. Mobile prints go through the phone share sheet and leave little behind.
On Windows the app data sits under ProgramData and per user AppData with Rollo in the name. Exact subfolders shift with driver releases, so treat the version as part of the path. Back up both the label files and the settings folders. One without the other gives you designs with the wrong paper size on restore.
Where Rollo Printer stores this, by platform
C:\ProgramData\Rollo
Profiles and settings live here, with per user cache under %appdata%\Rollo. Labels default to Documents unless you picked elsewhere. Exact names vary by driver version.
/sdcard/Documents/Rollo
Print jobs go through Share and save where you send them. App settings live in private storage. Keep label PDFs in Files so they survive reinstalls.
Frequently asked questions
How do I back up Rollo labels and settings?
Copy your label files from Documents plus the Rollo settings folder, then install the same driver version on the new PC. Reimport labels through the app. Driver mismatches silently ignore old profiles, so match versions before restoring.
Are Rollo labels in the cloud or local?
Labels you saved yourself live wherever you put them, usually Documents. Printer profiles and app settings live in ProgramData and AppData on desktop, or private storage on mobile. Export from the app first, since raw folder copies miss the driver side.
