Space Engineers keeps everything in Roaming under a SpaceEngineers folder: world saves, blueprints, workshop mods and the config file. Each world is a folder with a Sandbox.sbc definition plus voxel storage.
Blueprints live separately from saves, which makes sharing designs easy without handing over whole worlds. Back up both trees before major updates.

Each world is a subfolder, often grouped per Steam ID. Blueprints sit at %APPDATA%\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints\local, and settings in SpaceEngineers.cfg next door. Copy Saves plus Blueprints with the game closed.
