Supernote Partner is the desktop companion for screen mirroring and moving files with Ratta Supernote tablets. Transfers you pull from the device land in a download folder you choose on the computer. The tablet keeps its own originals in device storage.
Settings (paired devices, window layout, save location) live in the desktop app data folder per OS. Treat the chosen download folder as the archive and the tablet as the source. Re-pairing after reinstalls is normal; transferred files never depend on the pairing surviving.
