Where Does Toomics Store Downloads?
Toomics webtoon library, coins unlocks and offline downloads on mobile.
Last updated
Toomics keeps VIP subscriptions, coin unlocks and the library on the account, with episode downloads in app private storage for offline reading. Free daily passes and paid coins share one shelf.
Downloads are device bound travel copies under the usual licensed rules. Region catalogs differ, so a series visible at home can vanish abroad while the account stays the same. New phones restore entitlements on login and fetch bytes fresh.
Where Toomics stores this, by platform
App-private storage (episodes downloaded in-app)
Per episode offline saves with synced unlocks and VIP state. Clearing app data drops downloads; coins and library return on sign in. Catalog varies by region store.
App sandbox (episodes downloaded in-app)
Same model on iPhone and iPad. Deleting the app clears the cache only. Redownload owned and VIP episodes on Wi-Fi after reinstalling.
Frequently asked questions
do Toomics coins transfer to a new phone
Yes. Coins, VIP status and unlocked episodes live on the account. Sign in and they reappear. Downloaded episode files stay on the old device and must be fetched again.
why is a Toomics series missing abroad
Licensing is regional. The account travels but the catalog does not, so some series hide outside their home region. Downloads of hidden series usually keep working until removed.
