Tunic hides its developer name inside the path: saves live under Andrew Shouldice Secret Legend, not under Tunic. Files pair timestamps around a tilde, creation time then save time, with .tunic extensions.
The scheme is self backing. Same first numbers mark one slot's history, biggest second number wins loading. Mac builds mirror the tree under Application Support, and Store builds use a wgs package instead.

Can Steam Cloud clobber my progress?
Steam Cloud can push older cloud copies over newer local ones, the classic sync inversion. The timestamp pairs limit the damage since same slot files coexist. Disable cloud when the local folder is ahead.
