Vampire Survivors moved save locations across updates, which is why guides disagree. Current Steam builds sync through userdata/1794680/remote. Older installs used Roaming/Vampire_Survivors/saves with a SaveData.sav file. Check the userdata path first.
Mac and Linux follow their own app data trees with the same filenames. Mobile uses SaveDataUnity.sav under the app sandbox, which makes PC to phone transfers a rename job. Always copy with the game closed and Cloud paused. The checksum inside the file punishes hand edits, so use a dedicated editor tool instead.

Current location with a SaveData file inside. Older saves sit at %appdata%\Vampire_Survivors\saves\SaveData.sav. Copy whichever tree has the newer timestamp.
