Vieb is an Electron browser, so settings follow Chromium user data conventions per OS. History, bookmarks and vim bindings sit together.
Copying the folder moves the profile between machines. Exact casing (Vieb vs vieb) may vary by build and package. Copy with the browser closed.

Prefs, history and session. Some builds use a lowercase vieb folder instead, so check both. Bookmarks live inside as JSON rather than HTML.
