Where Are Wildermyth Save Files Located?

Wildermyth breaks the golden rule and stores saves inside its own install folder, under players and your account name. Campaign chapters live in the story subfolder, and legacy heroes in legacy.json.zip beside it.
That placement is fragile. Verifying files or reinstalling can clear the install tree including your campaigns. Keep a copy of your player folder outside Steam's reach, and check the remote storage page if cloud copies exist.
