God Mode is a special folder view that lists around 200 Control Panel settings in one place. It adds no secret powers. It only gathers existing admin links so browsing beats searching.
Create it by making a folder named with the GUID below, anywhere you like. The icon flips to Control Panel and the name may blank out. That blank icon is normal on modern builds, not a failure.

Copy and paste the full name including the dot and braces. Any text before the dot works, the GUID after it matters. Double click the resulting Control Panel icon to browse.

Can I open God Mode without creating a folder?
Press Windows plus R, type shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} and press Enter. That opens the same All Tasks list without any desktop folder.
Why did my God Mode folder lose its name?
Do not rename it from inside the special view. The name field blanks by design and renames can detach the GUID link. Delete the broken folder and recreate it with the full dotted name.
