Where Are Xenonauts Save Files Located?

Xenonauts keeps saves in a plain Xenonauts folder under Documents on Windows, separate from its config in Roaming AppData and the registry. Linux and Mac use Goldhawk Interactive folders in their standard per OS locations with the same interior.
The launcher can relocate saves, so a changed setting explains most missing file mysteries. Check the launcher path first before assuming corruption. Steam Cloud covers the saves once they sit where the game expects them.

Config lives separately in %appdata%\Goldhawk Interactive\Xenonauts plus the registry key. The launcher can move the save path, so confirm it there if this folder looks empty.
