There is no single Android call recording folder. Each manufacturer picks its own path, and availability depends on model, region and carrier. Two brands cover most searches.
Samsung routes through its Voice Recorder storage; Xiaomi through MIUI sound_recorder. Pixels record inside the Phone app with no file access at all.

Samsung pattern, browsed as Internal storage/Recordings in My Files (Voice Recorder, Call recordings list). Xiaomi uses Internal storage/MIUI/sound_recorder/call_rec instead. Exact path may vary by model and OS version.
