Battlefield 6 keeps local settings under Documents\Battlefield 6\settings: graphics options, keybinds and renderer tweaks. The Steam build adds a PROFSAVE_profile file in a settings\steam subfolder.
Rank, unlocks and stats never touch that folder. They live server side on your EA account, so a backup of Documents restores your options but never your progress. The game also stays online at all times and requires Secure Boot with EA Javelin anti cheat running.
